I got So much laggs on ksro. Why?

i hope u help me with that
ok i have huge laggs on ksro and im from israel and my download rate is 5mb witch means i download with 700kb.s or 650
so any1 can tell me why im lagging like hell?

hm probably another internet cable got cut in middle east? or korean servers are capping bandwith to foreign ip which makes sense if they want it to be koreans only
