Stun Rate & Duplicate Bug?

I have two simple questions.

1) For those warlocks out there, have any of you noticed that Stun is really screwy now? I did a few tests by using it on a lot of different people (without disease) and the average rate was between 27/28 out of 50. I know it is not just bad luck because it goes up to almost 90% when the target has disease on, which is a huge difference. Hope it gets fixed soon

2) Today I saw a rogue at DW South who was clearly wearing a cape and everything. I punched him, turned purple, and promptly got nuked to death. I noticed that he was using Duplicate level 3 (level 100 transformation) and that probably had something to do with it. How did he do it?

thought it was just me with stun i havn't done any test like that but it keeps seaming to fail alot on me when i'm fighting people in ctf even with disease i've gotten like 2 out of 20 people i've used it on the past week

edit and maybe duplicate 3 never had the bug fixed that was supposed to prevent that

Duplicate is a skill where the rogue copies whatever another player looks like. However, the "bug" that you saw was not there before when the Euro Characters opened. In the past, I could duplicate someone wearing a cape, avatar or suit, and come out looking like him, but all without the cape/avatar/suit.(male would look like a female, if the person palying is a male, and duplicates a female).

This must've been changed or something...

I want to try this out..... would a rogue thief then look like a hunter when he duplicates?

This just might be just what the skill is for.... and shall be something favorable to me, as I'm a rogue.......

@Furious: It really does seem like single target stun never works anymore, and multi stun only has a slightly better stun rate. At worst, I counted 6 resists in a row. The chances of that happening with the supposed 80% success is... really really small.
@Questmaster: I know what Duplicate does because I have it on my level 40 rogue But it was really surprising to see someone transformed and wearing a cape plus a red name at the same time. He probably got a lot of people that way, including my friend who punched him and got nuked right after I did.

I'll try it out with my rogue...See if it works for lower lvl duplicates too =]
