Yes you can but im not going to tell you how because its basically fraud. But it involves disputing the transaction.

Oh and as Pfff said, you'll be banned if you CB.

Yes you can chargeback with PayPal. First you must file a dispute then escalate it to a claim.

This is done through "Resolution Centre" then "Dispute a transaction", you then find the Transaction ID and put in some bullshit excuse like "I didn't get my Silk". Joymax don't look at it, but they accept the chargeback. Anyway, after that you must escalate it (I forget how to do that, a simple Google Search will help).

And it can take up to a month.

You can make chargeback within forty-five days of the transaction. Log into your paypal account and click on the "Resolution Center" link and then click on the "Report a Problem" link. You will have two options:

Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described.

Unauthorized transaction: I did not authorize a recent transaction.

Choose whichever you want and fill in the form. I suggest you the first one because if you choose the second one they may block your paypal account in order to prevent more unauthorized transactions. I suggest click on the "Learn more about opening a dispute" link and read everything there for getting the details of this process. Because you should close the dispute (which you wont) or escalate to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute. Paypal automatically closes disputes after 20 days and a closed dispute cannot be reopened or escalated to a PayPal claim.

So i suggest you to escalate to a claim right after this process if it is possible.

BTW i have never made a Paypal chargeback. I just logged into my Paypal account and made a search about it for you and also for me incase i may need it in the future.

I'm not sure exactly when you get banned. When I chargebacked I didn't play for a while so I'm not sure.

You will get temporarily banned, but maybe one hour later or a day you will get unbanned. You used to get refunds by chargebacking but they stopped all that not too long ago, this 3/14 2006 jibberish is one of their sneaky lies, they didn't make that effective two years ago, it was only 7-8 months ago.

but u can charge back.. and only the account that u charged backed on will be banned.. even if u used the same CC on you main, your main wont get banned..

proof? my friend charged back on a 4X char using the same CC as he used on his main char, his main never got banned. Its been about 1 and a half months since.. i made a topic about it..
