Csro and isro is possible and same pc but afaik you need to put them in different HHD.

No, you cant buy silk in cSRO if you havent a chinese credit card, but you can buy silk items in stall network.

Yes you can have them in same PC, when you have 1 version installed rename the folder "Silkroad" to something else, the shortcut too, then just install the other version
