changing account info?

i know all my info but i know that in the past joymax has screwed up peoples account because they tried to change their password and then it didn't work and the account became useless, does that still happen or what?

if you are acc. has been safe for like..3 years..there is no need to change anything.

email verification is helpful, just remember ur email password and ur acc pw or secret answer.
