BSObj Pugin Error- Please Help

Today at 1:30PM-23/12-2008 i tried to login but when im Start the Silkroad Client and a Window Says:

BSObj Pugin:
Can't create file transfer manager!
Maybe back file corrupted or someone is already accessing it now.. try few minuts later.

I've wait 5 minuts and nothing happends...

I have check other people whos got this error they says: Update it.
When im start the Client the Window Comes up, i close the window and then the client shotsdown i cant Update it please Help.
Dont Just say: "Update it" Explain for me please, so i understanding

you have legend 3 plus right? try reinstalling SRO and see if that works, or see if it's on there forums: http://www.joymax.com/silkroad/
