Skill Level , Level and Drops

If your characters has leveled up to 50 and delvled to 46 are you in the level 50 or level 40 ctf
Do you get more drops with a bigger gap?
If you are higher level then a mob ? lower?
Do you get more drops if your skills are level 50 and your level is 46?

You'll be in lvl 50 ctf most likely.

Drops are random, but if you grind on lower lvl mobs (so called green mobs, between the 3 and 6 lvl's below you) you'll get more drops because you have to kill more mobs for the same amount of exp. And how random it is, killing more mobs does increase the dropchance
