If I may suggest, why not do this: have patience in setting upa a 24/7 vendor, vend it, and post a not on what you want to buy at the same time. buy some globals, and do globals twice a day. when there are very few logged in, and when there is server traffic. When there are few logged in, it's either bots, vendors, and some quiet type but serious hand grinders. if the server is full, that means there are more people logged in, most probably vending. they get to see your globals.

be prepared to lower prices, though.. not all players have a lot of gold. at least, you get to dispose something that clutters your inventory.

Nope. It does not. You use the Marketplace for whatever can be gained... And you also use anything else that becomes handy.
