you can pick just after they discconect.when they are in town u can`t.r at least i can`t. I didn`t got my costume yet after 2000 boxes 
and now i have new problem I LVL UP 3 LVLS WITH MY CHAR AND I CAN`T PUT THE INT OR STR POINTS. i restarted game,i teleported and nothing .what to do????

Rofl first time I heard that bug...I doubt that it won't work actually...Just check if the + in the C screen are clickable or greyed out.
