Wizard suits - are they tradeable, how often can we get them - are they easy to get?
Can we add blues?
Jewel boxes, can I pick it up when it drops for someone and its reserved for him, and after 20 seconds - can I pick it up?

you can't sell/stall the halloween suits, and you can't pick the JB up from some1 else.
I got 2 male pieces (my char is female ) now, it's not THAT hard to get it, it's just like the GDF's(i hope you know these things) .

i had over 27 jewel boxes and got only crap: 80 dodging scrolls(wtf),hp and mp grains EACH for 1 box,hit , moving and trigger scrolls..that's all

Got A LOT scrolls, HP MP Vigor grains.
Got 2 male broomsticks and one female broomstick.

No, they are not tradeable, dunno how often can we get them.
the jewel boxes are like the quest items, you cant pick other's boxes after 20 secs.
