LP WIP ~ I suck bad
Soooooo I am trying to learn more about the tools in ps, like extract and color match and whatnot. I thought I would try to piece together a bunch of pictures to make a scene. This is as far as I've gotten. So far only 3 pics and they're SUPER obvious
Time spent ~ roughly 2.5 hours. Any suggestions on some blending techniques?

What exactly did you do? Added the tower and the graveyard? If so, cool. Continue it.

Few problems I see.
First off the tower, the graveyard and the clouds don't seem to work with each other. The lighting for the tower comes from directly in front of it while the gravestones say its coming from the left side. However the left side of the tower is darkened so that means the lighting is off. While the clouds themselves give off light.
Also the terrain seems low quality. Try working with higher quality pictures. But since you already started this I'd recommend doing a high pass layer to give it a high quality look.

Re: LP WIP ~ I suck bad
thanks rogue. I see what you mean about the light sources throwing it all off. I didn't even think about that. The photos I used were from stock xchange, so they're pretty decent. I think it's just what I did to them to try to get them to blend together (blur tool and what not). It's the first time I've tried to create something that could look like an "actual" scene and not a sig. I'll keep working at it
