Noise skill...somewhat confused

I was just a bit confused by the Noise skill. In some topics in the guides i have read it says something like great for except giants or party mobs.

So i guess what i am asking for is an explanation of the skill like what the lvl 20 version of it gets u, if it protects against all mobs that you don't attack first, and if the skill is like moving march and it follows you around or if it has a range from where you cast it.

Noise Prevents Monsters that are within the level range from attacking you. This is great for running around and not having to worry about getting attacked. However there are a few things you should be careful of...

[1] ~ Champions and Giants are immune to this buff. They will attack regardless.

[2] ~ When you attack a monster in Exp Share Party, the surrounding mobs of the one you attack will come after you.

[3] ~ You are safe from Party Monsters as long as they are not Champs or Giants.

it is cast upon yourself, and it goes where you go and lasts long enoough,

it is good for mobs that are aggro, for example
if you were lvl 30 and normally went to the chickens (Kokuru) outside samarkand and ran past one it would begin to attack you
with noise it would not even notice you, (unless it was a champion or giant)
this is very helpful for training alone, you can attack one mob at a time without worrying about 3 more ganging up on you at the same time
