Yes, I do. Because they wouldn't just take all your stuff. There have been plenty of times in the past where after an update someting has gone awry and they've had to replace lost items, give back ticket service time, etc. I understand frustration, but before people immediately start bashing JM, they should take the time to think about it rationally. but, trying to get children to think rationally is like trying to teach a monkey algebra.
