It is fun to be shaman, how do i keep it? Make everyone get the cheese?

You don't, every round there is/are other shamans, the ones who are on top of the scoreboard next to the chat. If you collect your cheese fast, then you will get more points and be a shaman faster. That's why everyone runs like crazy when, for example, on that map with the bridge.
On another note for those who doesn't know already, with space bar you can make items invisible so mice can walk through but items cannot. Comes in handy while protecting mice against bombs.
