Well, if you go to the official page, http://www.silkroadonline.net, you can see it as it is a notice, it says it will be released the next inspection, tuesday 26, it will be released with the event and the Hera server.

it will probably be like the harry potter suit or wizzard suit... comes in three peice set... Hat,Suit, and sword or something... just a guess.... and also these suit might trick you if your lookign for Ivy
