70:70 or Pure str bow?

I'm 70:70 lvl78 and I don't think this build sucks, but still I think pure str is little better.
Can't be sure though cos this is my first and only char

Full STR and 70:70(80:80) hit around the same dmg, but with the 70:70 build the crit is not always thesame. With Full str you know if you hit 6k normal, you'll hit 12k crit. With 70:70 you hit like 8k normal and sometimes you crit with 10k, sometimes 12k, sometimes 13k.

keep in mind he's spamming strongbows, which you can't do anymore.
that was probably one of the bigger things going for the 70:70 bow that was taken away by joymax.

Anyway, I watched Undutchables 2 vids on his pure str bow and his 70:70 bow. It was easy using his vids cuz they both used the same bow, and were both under his youtube account.

Pure Str Bow = 11.5k crit STR blader [0:36 secs] , 9.3k - 10.6k crit on INT s/s [0:39 , 2:24 ]

Strongbow Non-Crit
70:70 Bow = 7.4k -7.8k against STR Glaive [0:32, 1:40, 2:05]
Pure Str Bow = 6.9k -7.4k [1:02]

Antidevil Crit
70:70 Bow = 6.5k [2:07] - 7k [0:36]
Pure STR : 7.8k - 8.2k [1:18 , 1:33 , 1:57]


Antidevil Non-Crit
70:70 Bow = 5.4k [ 0 :27] - 5.5k [ 1:36 ]
Pure STR : 4.9k [1:04] - 6k [1:48]


Anyway, i chose those 2 skills since theyre most common.
Other undutch vids of his pure str show him critting 14k with the old strongbow on 80 pure str's, ____jv___ has also done that, probably higher with the new strongbow.

remember the pure str vid was using ice imbue too, supposedly contributing to 'lower' damage.
I dont see the damage difference that different between the 2 builds, but you are sacrificing 7k hp... >.>

and yeah, he did switch the bow to spear cuz 70 70 bow sucked compared to his full str bow.

It will be nice to compare this 2 vedio as he use same weapon in both .. but for sry you can't simply because this 70:70 in the vedio isn't fully farmed ..

Also look at how long Pure str bow fight against pure str builds .. he can't kill them fast so e need tanking ...
And don't speak about the HP please , 40% snow shield is a lot better than 40% more HP ..
The skill will do 19k damge on pure str bow will make 100% of his HP and he die in 1 hit .. the same hit will make only 11.4 k damge on 70:70 with snow shield and he have 13k HP that's only 88% of His HP ..

And you can't make Unduchable switch an evidance that 70:70 sux ... he was own with bow and still own with spear .. he just love to play other character style .. everybody have his mind ... For me I love to play 1:1 glavier more than 70:70 bow or spear so it's np that he switched ..

If you wanna prove that 70:70 bow sucks you need to bring me vedio that a pure str bow own 70:70 bow

u must have a better bow to do highier crit then a pure str? since on all the data shown here the only time a pure str does more dmg then a 70:70 is when he crits

His pure str was farmed i think.

Use Liquidsmooth's vids as refference for (str) hybrids, you will see his dmg pwns a pure str his'. The only thing hybrids lose is hp.
