I've installed it again - have Prophs and Factions - no nf and not going to get it, although i might buy EN when it comes out.
Where do you guys play, Europe? North America?
I'm going to start a ranger today, but not sure whether to play through the Factions (found it boring but have never completed it) or Prophecies campaign (fun but completed many times). But i'm guessing Prophecies and Factions will be deserted now so will have to use hench.
gw looks awsome and is awsome pve is so cool, i just got into tht and its fun there should be a srf's vent channel called GUILDWARS so we could go there and play together
I definitely think GW has much to offer, whether people like PvE or PvP.
GW isn't a game that requires ages of farming. The quests and missions are very different instead of SRO's Kill-300-of-These-and-Collect-500 of-These.
And for those who aren't interested in PvE, the PvP is nice aswell.

well pvp is very nice, its not just "put a cape on fight whatever gets in ur way"

As for the rangar: Mine has 15k druids...it has 15k studded leather as well...but I destroyed the chest piece salvaging my vigor rune when I was low on cash

Also waiting for the rune prices to go up, I forgot I already had a superior rune of vigor and upgraded another armor piece with one. >>

Studded costs more then lots of the ranger armors because of steel and iron. Rune prices won't vary too much, the merchant system isn't as easily controlable like it was before.
I hate the frigging steel, costs me an arm and a leg and it's THE main reason why I haven't hooked my Ranger with that 15k armor yet. >>
I don't like how the Elite Druids looks either.
I dunno, when I stopped playing I had a tricked out set of Primeval for my warrior. I don't think I'll be getting any other armor for him lol. Not even the FoW crap, it's for looks and it happens to look like shit on warriors. The helmet's ok though.

TAKE THAT BACK!! I spent an entire summer getting ecto's/shards in UW and FOW with my 55hp monk to get that armor, and I got it for my warrior mkay. DEAD SEXY!!

I'm the youngest in the group. There are some college guys, but most of it is 30+ with kids and families, they're very understanding of time constraints.

ok cause there have been lot of shit about this lol... vibe was in the tournament and like 2 week after the guild got banend... but they made the gw website with their name lol then got banend. it was a mistake from anet, they already said it was ok as a name but somene from the staff banend them by mistake cause some people from a ''Mature respect and bla bla bla'' alliance reported them as an offensive name lol
