Added Top Dog.
I looked back at Sig Wars and liked the Sig master idea (Changed Sig Master to Top Dog).
Win two in a row and you get Top Dog. You hold the title until someone else wins two in a row. So on and so forth.
It'll be Top Dog unless you guys want a different title.

Also we need more active people in AC so we can get AC teams back or something.
