Why is ice so under-rated?

ice still have some uses
u can freeze alot of ppl, u can have a nice buff in phy defense
BUT when new lvl cap comes ice will be entire useless, the phy def stops at 55, when u and most of ppls grow on lvl they will be imune to ice, and the difference btw ice and fire/light in dmg will only increase.

hi there i think u had ur info wrong buff add up 55 def but had u remmeber cold armor which is every 10 lv add once?
at lv cap they will had a total of 42(cold armor ) +55 buff which is 97 imo is as gd as a lv 70 sheild

yes but waste 68 masterys and a lot of sp for 97 more phy defense dont look too good for me

I'm a hybrid int nuker

if i use sword, i think it's best to take the hp passive from the heuksal tree instead of the defense buff (i'm not actually sure how much dmg reduction 97 def gives)

however, since i'm using sheild, having the ice buff in my opinion seems like the best choice to me... well, either ice or force and i can spam debuffs on people. I'm only using ice for the defense so i'm actually thinking of dropping it and getting force instead. Then again, res is useless past lvl 70 so i don't see much future in force either.

all imbues are equal all have cons and pros GM is not stupid he make all imbues the same but not in dmg but different effects
ex.cold freeze enemy but low dmg
fire the most dmg but no special effect excpet burn which is negliglable
light good dmg,lower than fire but decreases enemy parry ratio and transfer dmg
thats all so choose the one that fits ur build or u like
