What a joke. Qatar, a country just over half the size of metro NYC is going to host the World Cup? No alcohol, the most skin you'll see on a woman is when her Burqa blows up in the wind. Not to mention the attempt at combating heat with unproven 'cooling technologies'. Good luck to Qatar but I secretly hope it fails abysmally.

If this isn't proof that money really can buy anything, I don't know what is. I would have been happy to lose to the US, at least they proposed a flawless bid, but to lose to Qatar is embarrassing.

England got 2 votes out of 22 and they where going in as favorites lol... The whole thing was fixed, how are you going to deny England hosting the world cup when it is clearly the best suited country in every way to host it.

England might be the best suited, but you couldn't really expect them to win after they continually get scandals. would have liked it to be there though
