We should all take every single video game, scrap every rule, and just slap this in there. Who cares about ToS? Who needs the EULA?
Can the ToS stop the bots? No
Can the EULA stop cheaters? No
So why they are there? To punish the cheaters
Do the cheaters care about his account, scared to be banned? Yes.
Can the confederation rule stop ppl to cheat? No
Can the confederation rule stop ppl to use their 2nd pc? No
Can the confederation let see the real face of someone? No
So why it is there? To ban ppl
Do they even care to get banned from the confederation? NoOh yeah, I see the big similarity betweens the ban of an account and the ban from the confederation

How do you know that (all) Venus players do not give a damn if they get banned from the Confederation? Here lies the problem with you and this thread - you don't play in Venus and you don't play SRO.
Have you seen the effects that the confederation have brought to Venus?
If it is indeed true that Venus players do not care about getting banned from the Confederation, which is probably one of the worst things you would never want to happen, then you can also argue that no one cares about the confederation. Then please explain to me why people sign up themselves and their guilds into the white list? Why do people bitch around and make Q.Q threads in the Confed forums when they get banned? Why do people try so hard to be removed from the Blacklist?
For a rule to be enforced and for people to give a damn about it, you have to have a working punishment. Joymax's method, with the ToS and the EULA, is banning from the game. Our method is banning from the Confederation - and the consequences that go with it. What are the consequences you ask? Let's just say that people re-roll their character to get away from these consequences. Others even move to different servers. A few even quit the game.
You parade your ignorance by running around in circles. Tell me, is it really that fun?
