I THINK (not sure) but that is a level 90 mangryang as there is no level 90 monster. On the Koreen version, a level 90 used a monster sumon scroll and out poped a mangryang.

Those Mangyangs are the mobs that level 90 players on KSRO spawn when they use monster scrolls.
