Why downgrade? Mainly because the new UI was ugly to me. I get to all my websites by using Bookmarks. They changed the way it worked (slightly) which threw me off. Another reason is that the theme I'm using doesn't work. Actually, it does but not the version i like. and techniquely it's not a REAL downgrade when you had it in the first place.

I like it but it uses too much CPU when i have like 10 tabs opened, in FF2 i had like 20 and it didnt use much CPU...

it seems to me like it has a cache problem and just keeps taking up more processes as it goes, which really pisses me off.
