SoS stands for Seal of Star, it's basically a rare item with increased statistics,
a SoS is approximatively +7 in power.
They are easy recognizable by their pink-purple glowing effect.

for the attack on the weapon itself, yes its same as +5, but ++ing doesn't increase reinforcement and SoX do get better reinforce so a SoS is better then a +5 (BUT you could say its equivalent to a weapon 5levels higher cause higher level weapons do get increased reinforcement).

and yes reinforcement increases your attack get 2 weaps with same attack but different reinforce and look at your stat window`.

Actually, if you're talking about Legit 90's, aron_cz on Venus hit 90 before him too
