If you want to understand why gay people want to get married look no further than why straight people want to get married. I don't understand alot of things. Especially why people are so afraid of things they don't understand.

people are afraid of the unknown because they can't control it. for example, the Large Hadron Collider, people don't know what will happen when it's turned on. people are told that it has to do with quantum mechanics which is mostly theories so they think black holes are going to open and destroy the earth.

it's almost the same with religion (no offense to anyone), no one knows why we are here so they find some reason and stick behind it, even though it maybe false.
