Not everybody wants to pay Joymax $20 a month just to be able to play, so they use a NoDC client so they can log in withint 30mins, instead of within 2 hours 30mins.
That is seriously pathetic.
The multi-clients are a modification of the client, they are disallowed by the joymax tos and should be by srf as well. I actually pm'd sg before she posted in this topic in utter amazement as to why the other mods hadn't cracked down in the issue as well.
The log in system has gives equity to all. Those willing to pay get preferred access and so they should. If they pay for it they deserve it. For everyone else they all get the
same chance to log in, they all get dc'd after 1 log in attempt. Its equitable to all. Sure its a pain loading the client up every 15 seconds but everyone has to do it, so your chances of logging in are not affected adversely by it. Now by using a no dc client it gives an unfair and illegal advantage to you and makes for unfair gaming.
Sg has made the right decision on the issue and i fully support his views. Any illegal device that allows for an unfair game advantage should not be talked about on the most popular, legitimate silkroad online forum.
