It is said that these children ( Also known as Indigo's ) are the 'new wave' which will evolve over thousand of years. It's actually worth researching it. I for one find it quite fascinating.

Those children with a triple helix or even a developing one wouldn't be considered humans anymore. Altered DNA would yield some mental or visible difference...

All this reminded me of a movie (Gattaca).Yes yes I know it sounds a lil far fetched but think about it we already higjlighted one way this is happening with natural selection depending on beauty and intellect there fore us finding ourselves in this situation .

Just think about it ,ignore everything except the essence of the topic and that is the human race spliting in two and with scientists already trying to play God( which Crumpets already pointed out), IMO it is highly probable that in the future parents will be able to choose, to a certain extent, everything from the looks, right down to the intelligence of their child. In fact, in a way, doesn't this type of thing already exist in a primitive form (i.e. a woman having the option, in certain circumstances, to choose a particular sperm for her egg from a sperm bank that she deems to be the 'best' available).
Of course, it is likely, or at least possible that this service will only be available to the rich members of society, whilst the poor would have to be satisfied with the natural reproduction methods, and development of their children, thus eventually leading to the seperation of the human race into genetically superior and inferior groups.

Now like I said this may all seem far- fetched to some especially since my example is a movie:roll", but still doesn't it (or something similar) sound like a possibility?

Geography is the reason people are so different right now, and geography is the reason people will be different in the future. Maybe if the entire world population lived in the same place with the same climate and features, they would be the same.

I kind of have to agree with this. As long as the whole population is kept global we'll keep mating with different people. Humans evolving to the point that we'll have different species is hard to imagine unless a small population should be isolated from the rest of the globe, or that mutation thingy happens.

Not that we don't already know KeyJ is a different species from us anyway.

I find it tough to visualize it all right now, but it may be possible...
Looks like he's saying that opposites won't attract so the gap between "under"-class and "upper"-class is getting larger? Sounds like a lot of guessing to me, and depending on trends from the last 20 years to form a hypothesis about what's going to happen 100,000 years from now....
Maybe I'm just don't quite understand it all, but I don't think it's definitely going to happen. It sounds like a possibility though.
