Well underaged drinking with 19 is so hilarious when you can legally drink beer and smoke / buy cigarettes with 16 here (anywhere, not only at home / at someone's house) >.<

what happens when you drink alchohol?

There are 3 major types of drunk people:

Happy - Happy person dances, talks to everyone, makes an ass out of thereself but dosnt care and nobody else cares either cus they are probably drunk too. When the happy drunk gets near his limit he will start hugging everyone and telling them he loves them.

Aggressive - Aggressive person gets paranoid, thinks everyone is talking about them/looking at them and will start a fight with anyone or anything, including inanimate objects. Will usually be sick while trying to pick a fight with someone/thing when they reach their limit, then collapse.

Relaxed - The relaxed person dosnt appear to actually get drunk, just sits and relaxes and watches everyone else make asses of themselves, usually falls asleep at his limit.

This is mostly men, women dont seem to get affected much by alcohol, they just laugh more and their laughs are more annoying than usuall.

Almost all drunk people talk about random crap you would never even think about when sober and the majority can not walk proparly, alcohol screws up your balance, depth perception, basic bodily functions, so walking becomes an issue.

If it's illegal for you drink at your age, then its illegal, thats just how it is, might suk but sorry to say, you can't just choose to follow the laws of somewhere else lol.

Next time maybe don't stand out front in plain sight with a beer? lol..

I wasn't clear.

I live in an apartment complex. From the entrance you can only see down the driveway and into the parking lot. You can't directly see a single door. The two buildings face eachother, flanking the driveway.

I'm not that retarded bud. :roll:

I'm not saying it wasn't illegal. I'm saying it's not wrong for me to drink. I disagree with that law. Yes it may end up in me being punished, but I stand by what I believe. And I simply can't see any logic in having the drinking age so high. Yeah, cos all of those other nations produce a society of morons because they start drinking at an earlier age?

Dude there was only like one person who was 21 there. And it wasn't his house. He couldn't help. Once me and my neighbor got caught for the beers, somebody there was going to get in trouble. Somebody had to be ticketed for providing to minors.

We're all 19-21 here. We can handle ourselves. Oh god forbid we might drink like complete idiots and let eachother drink into alcohol poisoning. Or let our friends drive.

I don't understand why the us wants you to be so old to drink, it's very unnessesary.

Many countries don't even check your ID if you go out to buy beer. Even though you're supposed to be 16, you can go when you're 13 to buy some, then don't check.
And you only have to be 16 to buy it, you can have it whenever you want.

Personally, I don't really like to drink just to get drunk, the hangover imo isn't worth it. I do like the taste of some drinks, and the buzz is just a nice plus

I don't drink very often though, only once in a while.

Although I do agree, 21 is an abnormally high drinking age (coming from Britain where the age is 18 ), and knowing a lot of dutch kids at my school where the drinking age for beer is 16.

Whether you were 20 feet, 1 foot or 2 centimeters outside the door doesn't matter, you broke the law. Live with the consequences.

the reason why the age limit is so high is because of what alchohol does to your brain when your a kid

your brain gets warped when you drink alchohol because your brain is not fully developed

so keeping the age limit at 21 is agood thing

just watch, half the kids who start drinking at 14 will become addicts and ruin their lives

hahahaha, u'r funny. i started drinking alcohol when i was 13. but u know what? i'm pretty good right now. good grades, good personality, i'm not an addict.

u gotta take everything in moderation. don't generalize. of course, if u start drinking to get drunk at 13, u'r life's gonna be a mess. a cup of beer or wine once or twice a week during dinner is not a big deal.
