Loved those rifles though, almost always a 1 shot kill as long as you could aim quick enough. It's too fun hearing a Thompson SMG spray stop dead after a loud rifle shot.

That sound got me changing to Rifle Only.

It's too bad that the person posting the topic doesn't play for zEx. We've competed against the Texas based team on LAN in two different LAN tournaments. They're pretty straight forward guys, and they sure don't act like they're all that.

They were good, considering they did make CAL-invite, but a 13-11 loss to a CAL-im team on LAN makes you wonder. (This was back during 12 round CAL rules).

A team tried to recruit me 2 minutes ago, supposedly "cal-i/m reformed"

One guy was like "yeah, I played for vurge in CPL before they disbanded". Then, another answered with: "oh yeah, I played vurge once when I used to be on zEx"... which is BS.
