Bet 90% of the peopel here weren't even here for the 60 cap puhhh.

But nah .. as good as 60 cap was all the random hate wars yet a sense of unity ... I'd still this cap over any cap .. just cause of the upcoming europe ... everyone will get a chance at being strong.

Seeing as everyone is doing the cap > cap > Cap thing: I'd say...

80>70>60
