Incorrect. A more apt analogy is that buying silk is a currency exchange. The silk in and of itself technically has no real value. No one buys silk for the purpose of just having silk. It is what can be done with it that is at issue. Joymax willingly selling you services via their silk currency that they know you will not be able to use due to their own neglect is at best false advertisement if not outright fraud.

That is a bad analogy or a red herring as it is sometimes called. It is in fact not at all like that. You bought the silk so apparently you can afford the gas. To stick with the car metaphor and try to do it better. It would be like leasing a car from a dealer which also owned the roads. As part of the lease agreement is is understood that you will be given free access to said roads. But instead you are limited getting on the roads to 1 hour a day or so. If you happen to take a wrong exit or need to make a pit stop you have to wait till the next day to try and get on again.

Impossible. The problem as it exists now is that there are so many gold bots on the server that it is often nearly impossible for gold buyers to get on the game to even get the gold they bought. Let alone legitimate players to do a trade. Though I must say with the decrease of actual people on the server alot more have gotten more adventurous and are running multistars. I have gotten 2-3 multi the last several nights I managed to get on.
