This has got to be a joke..... SirShadowCat's closes example of spam was sending two messages like a month ago. Banning him during the event is like telling one of your better customers, "Sorry, we really don't know what we are doing here. We have some screwy data here and not sure what to do with it. So we are taking back the stuff we sold you, but not giving your cash back."

Hey joymax! You might want to figure what the error is on your end, fix it, and pray you can get the good customers back and buying silk.

Follow the rules and still get ban lol........ is joymax really worth being legit for? Seems to me they favor botters more than the legits

Omg that is insane and wrong of Joymax to ban an awsome guild member and awsome friend of mines for somthing like spamming which he did not even do. I think that joymax and these people we call gms who think that they are GODS when they are no where near close should un ban him. I play whenever I get the chance to and when i do play and I have problems and i need help , sirshadowcat is the first one there to help and do whatever he can. For him to be banned his totally wrong. As I sit here and and i look around where Im fighting , I see 10 other people here fighting around me , and 9 out of these 10 are all botters and yet it makes me mad that they are in the game , meanwhile my friend shadowcat is banned and is unable to play for something he did not even do. Now i dont know if its me , but this needs to change because this is unfair and is very unjust because for banning someone for a load of crap like SPAMMING is tottaly stupid especially when he did not even do this. Something needs to change and in my opinion... its the GMS if they cant seem to do their jobs the right way.

Joymax , and were not asking , were demanding you give us sirshadowcat and let him play

It sad to hear that a Guild member of ours SirShaDowCat got banned for Spamming
I can’t seem to understand this kind of ban. What I really think is that
Joymax is not smart enough to handle the real problems in SRO.
Is this Joymax's way to make Pay to play Players think that they are
on top of things in SRO ? Yes I can see their point “Let’s ban someone for SPAMMING because we don’t know how to handle the real problems in
SRO” SirShaDowCat has 100% of my support not just because he is a
Guild member and friend, but because this is a BULLSHIT ban.

Thx for the support. They are deleting and editing posts on the official forum so I don't see a solution coming down the pipe.

Just as an added lesson. They do not discriminate based on silk purchases. I keep a three pets not including the wolf and spend a lot on building this character. I am still banned for of all things spamming. For those who think that running on autopilot is ok as long as they buy silk, be warned.

Joymax blows. They do nothing about the rampant bots on every server, and yet they spend the effort to ban, and then re-ban a legit player for no good reason so they make one up. Sorry if this offends anyone, but apparently Joymax hires the biggest freaking idiots to date.

If your character was blocked for spamming, it was recorded and logged. It could have been in game via- global message or on this forum.

Spam bans are only temp bans.

I have Seen TONS of botters and ppling selling gold and account in game

but no Banned for them?

But when Someone who does do anything gets Banned its just Wrong
that they Treat there People who pay their paychecks like this!!!!!!!!

So I Gusse we should try and find a diff game Because i am sure silkroad was somewhat copyed other games
