Well I did a google search and found these 9th degree sosun +9 weapons off a Turkish forums i think.....I do not take any credit for these pics.
Only found glavie spear bow and sword.

those are some sort of magazine pictures probably not real weapons
seems like they have somekind of journal/magazine they can buy/get in ksro.

guess they shown those on the new cap or when those weapons were available. i cant believe someone can get 100%on all stats

I've seen someone walking with a 64 SOSUn+5 Bow on Troy. Didn't make a screenshot from it tho. Also, someone on Troy has a 64 SOSun shield.

SOme other dude found a 64SOSun blade, maed it +3, and he claimed that he had 2 offers: $1000 and 1,7bil(1.700.000.000)gold!

Um, i think that the sox 7 degree glavies are the only items in sro that appear in different names at sos/som/sosun.

Sos glavie 7 degree appears as Storm Glavie, som as Flame Glavie and sosun as Frozne Glavie. I never noticed that on any other sox item, all others have the same name no matter which seal they have.

I dont know if anyone else noticed that

sox's have a significantly higher cap on their crit rates.
this being a sosun, it has the highest possible. hence the lower %.

That's because seal weapons have higher minimum and maximum base stats. For example, 15 BR on a regular shield is (+50%) because the minimum possible value for any regular shield when it drops (or when you use alchemy to change the stat) is 10 and the maximum is 20. But a seal of sun shield has a totally different range; it's not even possible to have 15 BR on a seal of sun because the minimum is 17 (or 16? I forget exactly). So the % is also different.
