Last night, several temporary bans were handed out pending investigation. If zapia was one of them, then he will be restored, should his account be proven to not be part of the problem. The temporary bans were in response to a real problem that was occuring in game, and to secure the servers in the quickest manner possible. All the bans last night, as far as I am aware, were made temporarily until investigation could progress. If the ban remains, it's because GM investigation found cause for permanent ban and it was moved to that status.
That is all the information that I am able to give. I think everyone will appreciate that no one wants another rollback, or long server maintenance, and this was done to be proactive as far as server security, not reactive as was the rollback. Preventative measures saves everyone a large headache, and the GM's were absolutely on the ball.
