lol I am pretty sure they intended to make it dual masteries because in euro you get two mastery points each lvl also weapon is the same thing as skills if he can't use both weapons(skills) to be more effective then it is useless.

I would be ok with that if they made chinese skills weapon dependent like making a separate weapon for cold , fire or lighting I mean how come chinese get to make use of all of their masteries AT THE SAME TIME while europeans can't?

probably because they were meant to use force- and weaponskilltrees at the same time.
The weapon should not restrict the usage of a force tree,
it should be: the weapon tree should restrict the usage of other weapons.
This would mean:
heuksal and bow users cannot use shields,
bow and bicheon users cannot use heuksals
bicheon and heuksal users cannot use bows
unless they skill the weapon trees
they'd just have to make fire shield independant from a weapon.
