When you do a search, right next to the search bar or in that general area, it'll say "Safesearch off" Click that to turn it on. Answer to second question: No.

Damn... It's a no go.. Turns out it was on Moderate... so I turned it to strict and still multiple images of it.
I'm sure it really isn't a big deal for most, but I seriously can't eat after seeing someone's brains and guts squirting out of them. So now I'm a little hesitant to search somethings
Also tried to block the images from that site through ad block and Firefox, but I guess since it's loading through google, it doesn't block it.
