What do these stats say? Bow can be compared with sword. Is that so...NO! If you decide to use a sword you can also use a shield which gives you tons of phy and mag defense plus allowes you to block. Spear gives you hp, what survivability does bow give? Nutin'.

There is a huge gap between the maximum and the minimum damage, so yeah even with that -28 mag. power sword is better.

Pacheon has Knock-back and Stun.
Heuksal has Dull, Stun, Knock-back.
Bicheon has Stun, Fear, Dull and knock-down.

Heuksal also offers you magical defense power increase. Bicheon gives you physical defense power increase and block ratio increase. What does pacheon give? Nutin'.

i had an int bow, pve is great, pvp is great as well 'cept warriors. Go light/pach/cold. fire doesnt have the buffs and you wont use nukes anyways.

they're the fastests at lvling since strongbow and berserk arrow + imbue hit as much as a nuke but with higher range

As for pvp, i've seen some people owning with them

I always liked int bow but not for the pvp part, because it seems like a very fun char to play with

Sure thing. The grinding is great so far...High damage plus freeze and frost bites makes it hard for mobs to get to me. And with my moon bow its a one hit kill.

Like it was said earlier, int archers don't get really good until 94+ ... the kb chain, phantom, frostwall, nuke-esque damage from the strongbow / explosion arrow series, higher attack rating, and overall range make it an alright build ...

Hell, let's say this: when snow shield goes down, who'd you think'll have the highest survivability chances till snow shield's out of CD in terms of build w/o having to run around w/ shield in hand hoping you don't die: spear, s/s, or bow?

Pure INT Bow + Ice Imbue + Ice Wall + Protector + Snow + KB Spam = GOOD LUCK TRYING TO KILL


The fact that using bow skills use less mp than nukes, makes an INT Bow have more Physical Defense through Protector gear without having to worry about running out of mp. When I had this build, I used bow skills instead and found them to be much more effective than using nukes.

Pacheon Cap / Ice Cap / Light 70+ for Phantom & Mag %+

As for pvp, who really gives a fu/ck? You win some, you lose some. Better gear will mostly always win, specially with all these botters obtaining ridiculous weapons.

I'm guessing you don't realize that bow has a larger range than a nuker. The nuker won't even be able to attack.

The way I asked the question is realistic ...

you need a weapon to deal your interruption skills...

one thing sword / shield & spear don't have w/ their weapons is range to deal those, thus making keeping that frostwall up hell of a lot harder than for an archer ...

which is the reason why I excluded "running around in a shield," because it served no purpose for my point ... you can stop w/ the shield crap already ...lol
