Yeah, forgot about Opeth completely. I also listen to Shape of Despair, Paradise Lost and Saturnus.

You can say whatever you want guys, but Metallica is one of most famous metal bands ever. Any list without Metallica is ridicilous.

If I was I would not be the first. You beat me on that.

Reality is apart from what I said I would more or less echo several of the lists already posted. So that seemed pointless.

Though I considder rock and metal different enough they rarely should be mixed even in list form. Lol most of these lists don't even contain metal beyond mention of metallica. Which is sad as well. No mention of Children of Bodom, Pantera, or Cradle of Filth. Hell not even a nod to something as generic as brendon smalls metalocalypse project which I am sure many of the young ones around here know of.

Anyhow most of my criticism here is toung in cheek. And had I posted from my PC insteaad of my phone yes could have been done in less posts. But things are what they are and rap as an art form IMO has been on life support since the early 90's.
