Those people are dumb. Sex gets better with experience. The more experience a person has, the better the sex. Not really. Sex is an aerobic exercise. It's similar to running, etc., but not really on the same level. Sex (aerobic exercise) combined with flexibility, and strength exercises will get you in good shape. However, sex alone won't do much.
