i for one dont care about it because its natural but doing it for "fun" in my mind is wrong i still find it funny how i asked about what you guys would do and i get people convincing me one way or the other lol.

This is serious? Doing it for fun is wrong? Sex and masturbation is one of the primary needs of mankind, not reproduction.
Sex is a tool for relaxation and enjoyment. It's sole function is definitely not to create children, and it's definitely not wrong either to have it.

You're really starting to look like an envious person trying to find a way to deny your brother of some action cause you ain't getting any.

And user: who says they aren't using protection? You suddenly can't have sex any more if you don't want a baby?

i mean just to have fun like doing it JUST for fun not because you care about the other person and so on. what i meant was just for having fun was i guess not exactly what i ment. masturbation/sex is a key stress reliever i understand that but doing it with someone you dont love is just plain wrong. taking advantage i guess is what im trying to say but nothing wrong with having a group session with good friends. for the bold i am not bringing up my sex life on a forum so this will remain invalid. i guess what i mean is like a guy getting there best friend drunk JUST so you can sleep with them. mainly the lust part i guess is what i ment like sleeping with a good friend when you BOTH want to do it i see nothing wrong in it. and i never ment the just for fun for my bro i know they love each other enough to even if they make a baby they will stick threw it sorry if it seemed like i was implying it to my bro. sorry for the epic fail way of trying to express my mind

I think the best thing to do would be to simply talk to him about it. If youre brother's mature enough, just sit down with him and have a chat about stds, contraception, pregnancies etc...after telling him and guiding him in the right direction, his decisions will be entirely up to him, and talking to him would be the farthest help/advice you could give him. You would be kinda playing the role of a parent and I think thats best if you dont want your parents in it and as long as you give him the right info. Or you can drop the bomb on your parents and let them handle it. Or simply ignore the whole thing.

Anyway, are you the younger or older brother?
