What time do you guys sleep?

Way to late and when I need to wake up in the morning I almost can't get up. Last night was somewhat around 01:20 Am. And the days before that I have been spending time on Msn for even longer hours. But, sometimes it's worth the lack of sleep.:3

always go to bed between 23:00-02:00, for some reason i just cant sleep earlier, when i have work the next day i usualy sleep 3/4 hours >.< kinda hate that im 17 btw

On my days off I try to sleep as soon as possible, usually around the same time if i'm not going out.

I try to have 8 hours sleep every day. So if I have to get up at 7:30 I try to be in bed at 11 which leaves half an hour to fall asleep. Luckily I fall asleep in seconds.

i read somewhere that growth hormones are released between 10-1pm so you must sleep between those times if you want to grow. Some of my friends told me that too, that eating doesn't really matter, its all about when and how long you sleep.

time calculation is man made..ur body doesnt rely on the time of day to do something...in most cases...

1-4 weekends, waking up 11-2 cept most sundays since I have to work at god damn 6am

I have to admit some days I come home (3pm) and sleep until 5~7pm, guess I need more sleep.

Usually around 1 or 2AM and wake up either 5:30/6:30pm on average during the weekdays. I work graveyard shift on Fri/Sat so no sleep until 9AM the following morning. Oh, and I'm 20.

Go to bed at 2am wake up at 6am, run on coffee from 7am to about 1pm and 2pm - 6pm is red bull

Bad for me but I think sleeping is a waste of time, sometimes i don't even need coffee or red bull with 4 hours of sleep

My interest is killing me sometimes. I have the television on and the PC monitor and the playstation 3 and the Home theater set. So sometimes I actually have to tell myself to go to bed or I will be a cognitive mess the next day, and when I have to work I can't afford things like that. So I always keep coffee and a good breakfast in storage for an emergency morning boost.

Not everyone is the same though. Generally though, I think that people who sleep longer will be taller
