+1 they wont do that ever...
That is... if that's the actual problem causing the lag.
I'm still unconvinced that those cables being cut are the culprit.
Most of Western Europe can connect to Asia through the USA just fine. I don't see how the severing of those cables would make us lag.
Because you got no clue how internet works .......
To go around the cut cables they need to route communication over other servers and the heavy load slows those down ... they not meant to take that much.
