NPC thieves no longer drop lv 89-90 items?

well they still do, was doing a special trade jangan to hotan and an npc thief dropped 89 garment legs, but it went to the trader

I got str tablet and one weapon elixir from 94 npc thief within like 1 hour

probably it would be some uber mob that cant even be grinded on, like the rockys now.. too much stuns and too much damage, which happens to magical.
i hope the next cap wont be as much of a failure regarding this..

I used to grind at Rockys. I farmed myself there as a matter of fact. Made about 300m gold from 88 male garment heads. Get the drop, +4/5 add Str 5/6, Int 5/6 HP 400/600 MP 400/600 and then bam sell for 80m+

u must be using Dual Axes to grind then?

I have hunted for alot of level 90 trades on my friends character, normally using Special goods, and i have only ever seen 1 90 chest drop and it was heavy armor. Never seen anything else...

I think they do drop, but are extremely rare!

Can't you also get junk like lv85 hands or 86 shoulders from lv90+ npc?

That must suck to camp NPC thieves for few hours and end up with a low lvl item.
