Avalon vs. Epic discussion

my pt was 8/8 full avalon and no outside buffs. we only had 2 tanks and had to split quota/fence between the ints. not a single person had an outside buff in my pt. our other 2 parties can speak for themselves.

i bet if we had less people, we would of won. for some reason our turnout for wars in the past always sucked, and we always won. avalon vs 1337 was 8vs25. avalon vs turks was 16vs4x.

SRF is a great silkroad fansite that reflects the views of the majority while keeping themselves clean by the joymax ToS. Its like the armys policy on homosexuality. Dont ask, dont tell. They prance around acting like all is well, while the bots get exactly what they want out of the community.

half of srf bots. the other half while not botters, get plvled by bots, are in botting guilds, have a million friends that bot, ect ect. and all that is fine and dandy as long as no one accuses, and no one tells there dirty secret.

We are the extream nut jobs on srf. True legit is extreamist and that view can be seen in 90% of the posts against us. Somehow playing a game fairly has become wrong in the eyes of the community.

We ban people for bot support, we warn them for mild bot support, we ban/warn people for accusing without evidence, and we ban all botters that have been exposed, we also ban for loader, no-d/c, admitting to buying gold, and character selling on SRF. You're mistaken in your assessment of SRF. Only a handful of them are anti-Venus; the hate usually stems from a misunderstanding of our rules.

did you forget this forum b4 "expose with proof" became the new law. GD was nothing but...

and that was why GD was fail. Now we have a nice little section where ppl can expose botters and GD is still fail but a different kind of fail. The rule didn't discourage hunting bots, in fact some ppl took to it with crusader like fervor taking down like 8 mods and 40+ ppl in the process even though some tasty bread snacks avoided annihilation....but EB is still going strong and has mostly absorbed all the fail that once plagued GD but since its supposed to be there its just entertainment. Alas, as i said some ppl avoided the ban hamma but for everyone that did 10 more didn't so it turned out to be worth it in a way...for some.....depends on how much you like your bread snacks....

Avalon will disband, when the disband button becomes functional. The fight for venus has just begun and Epic is going to learn the taste of revenge. Everyone got too used to victory being easy and they take for granted the crap we have to put up with just to keep this server safe.

Anyways, if you disband, you're going to just move your characters to AvaIon, which kinda isn't disbanding after all. So I don't see why everyone is getting so worried about it.

I agree. I signed up to fight epic, not every bot in venus. But the war was not really about epic anyways. It proved that avalon cant take on all the bots by ourselves. As much as legits want to help out on venus, there efforts are slowed down or even cancled out of the lack of leadership outside of Avalon.

Let this be a wake up call for the rest of venus. YOU will have to show up for fw and guard it. YOU will have to answer the call of the trade runs being robbed. YOU will have to show up at south gate and slaughter the bots when they kill the low levels.

Now I mean, Fly, you said this defeat proved that Avalon couldn't hold against all the botters on Venus. Now that's true, Avalon alone can't stand against all the botters (and yet it was close). Don't forget you got all the other guilds in your union + BHA community to fight on your side at FW. And the botters can't do shit against the whole legit community together, if they almost fail to defeat avalon alone already

No one can be perfect and win at everything at anytime. You lost 1 guild war out of countless wins against botter guilds that outnumbered you by far. So yea, cheer up and keep up the good work man

I must be a minority on SRF then. Still only lvl 34 after 6 months+ in Venus.
