Its not all about cuteness though, theres even a warning when loading the game about crude huymor and stuff, I mean one of the skills for a mage is farting > > lol.

I'm lookin forward to trying it, especially if its pretty good with a controller.

Closed beta is done and the server is down though I believe, open beta will be opening though.

I tried the Euro server, this is pretty awesome, the gameplay reminds of Turtles in Time on SNES how you can move anyway lol.

It's pretty fun using a controller too, and easy.

Bring Your Own Balloon to OBT

Utilize the Dragonica Online pictures available via our official Flickr page and your boundless imagination to compose an image that you feel your fellow Dragonicans would proudly display as they vanquish the dark forces that threaten the world of Dragonica. Not the best at image creation? You can still collect the winning in-game balloon! Just be sure to vote in the contest finalists poll after the submission period ends to receive the winning balloon in-game! Full details follow:

Guidelines

* Create an image to be placed on an in-game balloon item. The image does not have to strictly relate to Dragonica Online. The image will be placed on a circle-, square-, or rectangle-shaped balloon. The shape and color of this balloon should be specified in your submission.
* Submissions can have one or two sides. If they have one side, the image will be used on both sides. If you have two sides, please indicate which side of the balloon to put each side.
* Submissions are not required to emulate Dragonica Online’s art style or color palette.
* A collection of Dragonica Online/THQ*ICE assets can be found on our Flickr site.
* After the contest ends, THQ*ICE staff will select a group of finalist submissions and a public forum poll will be posted for the community to select the winner.


Rules

* This contest ends August 3rd 11:59 PM Pacific (August 4th 2:59 AM Eastern).
* Submissions must be a JPEG, PNG, PSD, BMP, or TIFF at least 1024 pixels wide by 786 pixels tall with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
* Submissions can use provided Dragonica Online/THQ*ICE assets (see our Flickr photostream) or Dragonica assets from other regions as long as the end product uses an English UI and the “Dragonica Online” logo (not just “Dragonica”) if the UI or logo is used.
* All participants must have a THQ*ICE Passport ID account. Banned accounts are not eligible.
* Submissions must be posted as a hyperlink or attachment to this forum thread in order to be eligible.
* Participants may enter a maximum of three submissions.
* Submissions that feature copyrighted material other than elements related to Dragonica Online will not be eligible.


Prizes

* One (1) balloon image submission will be selected as winner.
* The winner will have their balloon recreated as an in-game item available in the Cash Shop.
* The winner and all Passports that voted in the contest finalists forum poll will receive one (1) winning in-game balloon item during OBT.
* Furthermore, the winner will be immortalized in Dragonica Online history. Although we can’t mention more on this at the moment, it’s safe to say you won’t soon forget winning!

I run the client then it says "Patch Complete", i click on Start Game and after Game Guard nothing happens, the game wouldnt even start, anyone knows what could be causing this?

I really hope so, i liked that game a lot, the way you control your character is just awesome and fun, the pvp must be insane!

The game starts for me, just wont let yo connect after putting your info on the login screen, might wanna try reinstalling, theres a new client if you still have the old one, or post/search on the official forums.

I think i have the newest client.
I downloaded it like 4 days ago and it worked for me twice, then it just stopped working.
I think its got something to do with gameguard being blocked or something, even though i TRIED running the game without any protection on but it still wouldnt work.
I read the official forums and none of the solutions worked for me T_T.
I get the exact same error on Luna, which comes from the same company AND uses gayguard -__- it has to be something with gg, wish i knew what.

By the way, Im talking about the European version, i tried the US version which does NOT use gg and it worked without any problem, but im getting too much lag on the US servers, cant play that kind of game with lags.. :\

If anyone knows how to fix that crap i would appreciate it.

Oh, the European ver is open beta already. You might wanna check around their forums for help. Lots of tech help is posted there.

I already searched the official forums, nothing works.
GayGuard just fails, they should stop using that crap, it stops nothing but games from working.
Tons of people complain about it on the official forum by the way, hope they realize that GG is shit and replace it with something better.

Arg! You can't use the same name after you delete a character. What is this shit?!

This is not a bug but instead a safety feature.

Character names are held for a few weeks after character deletion to prevent impersonation.
