I think people work so hard to make others miserable in SRO is because its all there is TO do. And since its allowed, theres no consequence for it.
Customer Service is just that. Service for Customers. In SRO the Customers are those who buy silk. There service Should be silk related. If they did not get there silk, have a problem with chargeback, or any of that crap, they should be able to get instant 24/7 help, which they are not able to get at the moment cuz joymax is lazy.
Unregulated Chat is a very good thing. If joymax did there job correctly, there would be no spam bots. If I rob a noob and he spams me with NOOB NOOOOOB NOOOOOOB NOOOOOOB WHY ROB NOOOOOB, thats part of the game. A part you once enjoyed. I dont want a GM to hold my hand.
Poor Behavior came to silkroad hand in hand with the Bot. Mature people were once able to reach high level, build a community, and enjoy the game. The Bot allowed every single 12 year old to be capped. No shit there is poor behavior now. Go into a 3rd grade classroom and tell me what the behavior looks like.
I have not once been KSed on purpose by another player. I KSed someone once since i started SRO and that was at the 70 cap and the guy deserved it. Little noobs KS. The bot allowes them to be high enough level to where they can KS and piss people off. Take the bot away and you wont ever notice KSing.
SRO was originaly a high grind, high reward game. You get to a high level, you join a guild with a good reputation, and you enjoy Isy/Union Trades/Hunter Thief. The noobs stayed at jangan, they talked shit, they ksed each other, they never got near you. The closest you got to them was when you thiefed at the crossroads, and if they pissed u off at all, 1 skill took them out.
Dont blame the game for all the player trobles. The game is fine. The game management is fine in every way except the bot issue. When I want to play in a facist game, ill keep WoW in mind. But dont expect me to see any kind of bonus to being watched by a GM 24/7. Playing SRO is like going out to a bar with your friends. You meet people you like, you meet people you dont like. You get into alot of fights. You cut peoples faces up a few times. Some chick pulls up her shirt. The barkeeper gets his money, and you are drunk off your ass and happy. Sure beats a "family friendly pub" (WoW) where hitler looks tame.

bots ks you party bots, ouch that must hurt, i know how you feel buddy, same thing happened to me, i had a premium ticket and all i can do is watch those bots nuke everything on sight, i gave up on that server, went to a less populated one, less player less reason to farm gold, coz smaller market to sell gold, anyways i vowed never to buy premiums or silk until these farmers go away, i miss my white wolf and monkey
