does joymax.com/portal working ? ?

Im trying to change my pw and I think I need first verify my email and in order to I need to log in joymax.com\portal and I cant
I try to log in and just start loading page and nothing happends.

And when I go "Find account" I put my infos correct and go change PW and I got message The infos arent correct, something like that. and they are 100% correct.
Anyone maybe have same problem ?

But if it says you got the wrong info you either got the wrong info, or someone else changed the info thus you got hacked again.

Im not hacked, just want to change PW and nobody changed info beacause I use it evry day, and u cant change security question.
