cant get the luancher to work.

ok. i play silkroad at my house. but now i want to play during school. i copied all the files onto a dvd and put them onto a cp at school. now when it brings up the luancher it wont show the play button. could it be becouse the website is blocked? if so how can i get around that? but for now i feel like this please help my wizard wants to charge his lasers and shoot ogres.
