In elixir, the bad luck isnt from the char, is from the item

i do think there is a % of luck added to the char as well.. i tried it out. same wep 2 accounts and pages of elixirs.. the 1st char could only get the wep to +3 after 2 pages of elixirs i moved the item to the 2ed account after not even a page of elixirs used and it was +7.. maybe it was just a lucky shot but thats how it worked out.. both had silk both were in 8d. both were at the same spot.

the 1st account i never had luck on the 2ed i always have good luck..

similar thing happened to me
this account that im playing (pure str blade) never got any sos drops

another account that i made for fun, only lvl 2x has already gotten more than 4 sos

Different weapons does have different luck on them, for both elixirs and stones. Each weapons have a chance of success in elixirs, at each level. For stones, the chance of putting the attribute on depends sololy on the stone, but the % of the attribute once succeeded depends on the weapon itself.

For example, I once used a weapons that have 18% critical. I modded the critical, and it changed to 0%. I repeated this 4 times more, and out of them 2 succeeded. But both times, the % changed from 0% to 0%. So in 3 successes, the critical all goes to 0%. So the % of the attribute depends on the weapon.

Characters have no different luck. Everyone have a certain chance of getting an item drop, and out of them some are SOS.

it's true i have a ring I can always get +4, so I try to +5 it all the time, I have another ring I cant get past +2. I got it to 3 after spending 3mil on it, not worth it at all. So i bought another ring.

++ing each item has it's own luck, Im almost 100% sure that has some truth behind it.

I think each character has different luck.
Some people can + the item very easy..some can't.From my experience it's the character.
