But i was wondering...what if you were to die in fortress war. What happens. do you jump back in but from the beginning of the map. Or you out

I think you go back to town and have to come back but im not really sure...

I thought every guild had its own little "core" or something. They respawn there I believe.

You go back to jangan, until your guild has made a command post, then you will spawn in the command post

If I correct, it's as much as if you died while jobbing. Maybe even less.
